There was some trouble with my door key but the maintenance guy was extremely helpful. He went back to get the right key also fixed my ac right on the spot I didn't have to wait hours like other hotels I've Ben to. Nice place Great maintenance guy for sure I would stay there again

I love this motel, it has a very homey atmosphere and has a very inviting community that hangs out at it 24/7. The party never stops at the metro motel.

I’m not sure if I just came at a good time or what but this hotel was actually not bad especially for the price. The room was clean and they don’t really bother or pick and pester with you. The lady at the front desk she’s an older white lady with long brown hair and bangs, she is the sweetest soul I have ever met. I had a working tv and a microwave and refrigerator in my room. The beds were comfy. So idk what is up with all the bad reviews but my experience was phenomenal and it smelled soooo good here. Not to mention they have security cameras to keep you safe. There was nobody just hanging around or being loud. It was sooo quiet and peaceful.

Everything went fine for us staying here like about 4 weeks customer service was okay except for one of the females seem like she have an attitude every morning but a little insects was found wish I did go by my own spray The rooms was clean the hallway smell like crack and weed and when you do call and report it to the front desk they do come check things out including the head manager I think they need a upgrade they rules and regulations and make sure these doors be locked for a certain time and make sure all customer close the doors back cuz that's how the individuals are getting in from the streets to either have sex in the hallways or smoke they dope in the hallways or either going to sleep in the hallways and eating in the hallways A matter of fact the stairways other than that this place can be a good environment but the homeless I understand which I was homeless but they do things illegally in the stairways and it making the business look bad they could have great business if it weren't for other people's trying to make it hard for this business other than that I have nothing else to say thank God for a roof over my head because if we didn't have the funds I will be in the same predicament Thanks Metro Inn for your service have a beautiful year

This is a nicely owned place me and 3 others came from Texas for a funeral and the owner and staff were absolutely amazing and very nice and they don’t allow drugs or sketchy people on property! They’ve been renovating the place and I think it looks nice! We felt very safe and heard!! They took very good care of us in a time of need and I will always be grateful for that! Ten out of ten I would book a room again! Thank you guys for everything!!

I would like to say that for the whole time I've been here which will be a week come tomorrow morning it has a wonderful n great stay for me n better to stay to here than be sleeping outside with nowhere to go or no help at all unless you're working n get daily pay like myself but I like staying here though honestly n I hope I can can continue to stay here longer than expected thanks for making staying experience here appreciated by the best staff n everything.
